The 900mm IG L1/S 150 is a compact standard-duty lintel for smaller openings in walls with a wider 150–165mm cavity. Its profile is designed around a 102mm outer leaf and 100mm inner leaf, making it useful for smaller windows and other short masonry openings where the L1/S 150 specification is required.

IG lists the 900mm version at 86mm high with a 1.8mm steel thickness.

Published total UDL figures are 12kN at a 3:1 load ratio and 10kN at 19:1. Before fitting, confirm that the lintel profile and load capacity are suitable for the opening.

Installation should follow IG guidance, including the required bearing, DPC and masonry details.
