Beesley and Fildes present ULTRAFLEX, a high-performance liquid membrane system that is designed for waterproofing new and existing flat roofs, balconies, terraces, walkways, and gutters.
This moisture-reactive, cold-applied substance applies in a single smooth coat, then hardens to form a protective barrier, sealing gaps, cracks, and surfaces to prevent moisture from seeping through.
Since it’s a single-component polyurethane, it cures to form a seamless, fully bonded membrane, so you’re not dealing with torches, hot work permits or lap joints. That’s why it’s a popular choice for overlaying existing substrates such as asphalt, felt, concrete, metal, and plywood, as long as they’re primed beforehand if need be.
You can apply Ultraflex straight from the tin without using catalysers; just mix well beforehand and apply with a solvent-resistant roller. Our ultraflex mats are structural fibreglass reinforcements that can be laid “wet-on-wet” into the liquid to boost tensile strength, crack-bridging, and impact resistance.
These are ideal for high-traffic areas or for installing around outlets, as they protect the surface from damage under heavy load. When you need a decorative finish or a protective finish coat, the Ultraflex Top Coat provides a consistent finish, protecting the area you’ve just sealed.
