This high-strength bonding system features a cyanoacrylate adhesive paired with an aerosol activator, ensuring rapid and effective curing on acidic surfaces. It is suitable for bonding MDF, wood, rubber, and most plastics. The instant bonding properties significantly reduce assembly times, particularly for mitre joints where precise, immediate adhesion is essential. The adhesive cures in approximately 10 seconds.
The pack includes one tin of activator (200ml) and one bottle of HVC Super Glue (50g). To use, spray the aerosol lightly over one face of the joint and allow it to dry; if possible, apply it to the least visible side of the finished joint. Next, apply the activator to one surface and let the solvent evaporate. Then, apply the adhesive to the other surface and bring the two surfaces together immediately, applying gentle pressure.
