Unique galvanised zinc, polyester powder coating and corten for durability
AkzoNobel Powder Coating.
The raw steel has a 20-micron galvanised zinc coating applied to eliminate rust.
The product is then finished with a 110-micron polyester UV-stable powder coating, designed for the UK’s harsh outdoor climate.
The coating is applied electrostatically and then cured under extreme heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin.” This skin creates a hard-wearing, scratch-resistant, flexible finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

'Diamond Design’ Ground Spikes.
CORE EDGE features a unique fold along the centre of each ground spike, forming a ‘diamond’ structure.
This shape provides maximum strength and durability, even in tough terrain, preventing the ground spikes from curling under pressure.
