38 x 55mm Multi-purpose Cladding Batten 4.8Mtr

Premium Multi-Purpose Cladding Battens are made from kiln-dried Nordic Spruce, which is slow-grown in the cold climate of Northern Europe. This results in a dense, straight-grained timber with low internal tension, giving the cladding battens superior strength, dimensional stability, and a premium finish. 

 

The battens have eased edges, making them easy to handle and work with. They have a smooth finish and consistent section size, which speeds up the build process and produces a neater, more accurate finished job. 

 

These battens are not only useful for cladding substrate but also for constructing slatted screens. They are clean-looking with no grade stamps on the face. 

 

Premium Cladding Battens are pressure-treated with preservatives to comply with Use Class 3 applications for external (above ground) use and frequent wetting. 

 

They are sourced from well-managed and sustainable forests.
