We have a huge range of different types of timber for sale. Such as carcassing timber, redwood, whitewood, hardwood, beading, plywood, chip wood, MDF and contiboard. All of the timber that we sell is of the highest quality, and it is extremely durable. As well as timber, we have timber supplies available to buy too. Such as a stormguard, shelving, decor fittings, hangers and tiers and weatherboards. All of which we sell for affordable prices whilst maintaining top quality.
Different types of timber boards are suitable for different projects. For example, carcassing timber is best suited for roof battens, floor joists and other structural projects. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Whereas hardwood is a more dynamic type of timber that is suitable for all kinds of projects such as furniture, musical instruments, flooring and construction. Like the name tells us, it is hardwood in comparison to carcassing timber which is seen more as a softwood.
The price of our timber is calculated per metre. The price of our timber supplies is priced as affordably as possible. We like to ensure that our customers are getting the best possible deal and are not being ripped off. When you are ordering the timber woods that you need, you will need to let us know about the measurements and we can cut it exactly to size for you. You can either collect the timber from one of our 11 stores in the North West of England, or we can deliver it to your door if that is more convenient.
Our products are FSC and PEFC certified. This means that they hit certain environmental regulations, and our timber is sourced from sustainable and ethical forests. The UK government has stated that all timber must have both of these certifications. Therefore, we completely abide by UK law and only use sustainable products.
