The 5/2 year warranty cover is effective on all Prima branded appliances purchased from 1st September 2013 and will apply to qualifying appliances registered within 30 days of purchase. The cost of parts and labour will be fully funded within the first 2 year period and the cost of the parts only will be covered for the remaining 3 year period, on the condition that the repair is carried out by a Primacare engineer and the labour cost is paid prior to the completion of the repair.
