I Joists
The Masonite I Joist flooring system is used worldwide and has been adopted by several major UK house builders.

I Joists are a cost effective and versatile solution that adds a new dimension to floor and roof construction. The joists are nearly half the weight of traditional joists and can be installed in a fraction of the time due to the beams being engineered to length.

I Joists are available in long lengths and speed up installation and increase floor rigidity by eliminating laps over beams and walls.

Plumbing and wiring can be routed through the web of the joist; larger holes for services can be cut in accordance with our installation guide.
Posi Joists (Metal Web)
Posi Joist offers unrivalled freedom to develop your properties internal layout due to the ability to span greater distances than other alternative timber products.

Posi Joist gives you the lightness of timber combined with the strength of the MiTek metal web design; this enables services to pass through the floor unhindered.

Because the Posi Joist floor system is fully engineered a layout drawing showing each component is supplied with the delivery enabling a speedy installation on site.

Posi Joist can also be used for flat and pitched roof projects and for our Posi attic which combines the open web design for services and the advantage of an attic truss system.

Posi Joist utilise a minimum of 72mm wide timber that gives a substantial fixing surface for the chosen floor finish. The use of this timber controls any shrinkage and the need for any remedial visits.
